These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Aprender – Learn Portuguese iOS application ("App") provided by Aprender ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You may create an account using your email address or Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
Subscription Plans
Prices are displayed in the App at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
Auto-Renewal: All subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time by going to your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a subscription period.
Free Content: A limited selection of A1 lessons is available without a subscription. All other content requires an active Pro or Max subscription.
Restore Purchases: You can restore previous purchases using the "Restore Purchases" option in the App.
Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall govern.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your personal, non-commercial language learning purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App or its content. All content, trademarks, and intellectual property in the App remain the property of Aprender or its licensors.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the App. Termination of your account does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription fees.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and our liability for damages of any kind is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
